So up in Saskatoon a few days ago some police officers were showing some young students how handcuffs work. The following is a clip from that exchange:

One of the children is obviously quite familier with handcuffs:
"My dad practices on my mom all the time!"
to which the police officer responds:
"Oh! How does your mom feel about that?"
Ah, the life of a police officer in Saskatoon.
