Saskatchewan Party Candidate has Ethical Problems
It is not too often that I find myself agreeing with Murry Mandryk but in his column today he made some interesting points about the Saskatchewan Party Candidate Christine Tell.
Here are some tidbits:
and:
So it very much comes down to an ethical decision. And Tell -- who, if elected to a Brad Wall government would stand a pretty good chance as a woman and a Regina MLA of making cabinet -- has made some questionable ethical decisions.
By blaming Johnston, Tell added to the bad judgment she already demonstrated by deciding not to take a leave of absence. And such bad judgment calls are sometimes a lot more harmful to a candidate than anything else.
This all stems from the problem that she is a police officer that was suspended, put on probation and then attacked the police force for being "political"
Does this sound like a person that you want as your MLA?
me neither.

Isn't she the same police officer that Harper was trying to appoint to some advisory board?
Tell has had more than one short end of the stick from her employer. No Schitt there is some politics at play in her workplace. Through it all, she has managed to rise above the crap. She would be more than a match for the bone heads on the left. I for one would welcome her scrappy style, and can full well see why the left would be worried about her take no crap attitude.
wilson, what a load of crap. Don't play her as some kind of victim.
We are still waiting to see who it was that leaked two confidential police reports to the Saskatchewan Party Caucus.
Tell is playing fast and loose with her accusations as it is. People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!!!
