Are Liberals going to sell this in Saskatchewan?

Over on Calgary Grit he made an interesting post about the Liberal leadership race. I particularly liked the following passage (Hat-tip: Lobster Thermidor):

"this led to some funny moments when candidates would say things like "we need to claw back agricultural subsidies by 0.2% over the next decade" and their supporters would burst into chants and applause. "

I would LOVE to know which Candidate said that.

I would LOVE for that Candidate to sell that in Saskatchewan.

Calgary Grit?

Lobster Thermador?

Anyone?

Sorry, I don't know who said that... Judging by the resulting applause, it must have been Dion, Rae, or Ignatieff.

Were did you get the line from? Were you listening to it on radio? Do you have a transcript?

Inquiring minds want to know :-)
