SDAP Goes Crazy

This will probably be the last post that I ever make regarding SDAP and the Heritage party because at this point we are just feeding the Troll's ego.

That being said, you have to check this out, Lance busts the guy hard (you have to read all the comments to get the full gist of it) and then the guy goes nutzo over at Murney's blog to the point where he has to cancel comments entirely. And then he goes even more nuts over on Saskboy's blog (again read the comments for a good laugh)

I particularly like the party where he starts ending his posts with "Legal Office Saskatchewan Democratic Action Party" like that matters. He accuses Lance of not existing (or of being some other guy) and photoshoping records, he accuses people of faking a Saskatchewan gazette, accuses other bloggers of not being real people, and he basically just goes completely off the deep end.

This guy is mentally unbalanced to say the least.

Update: So then I get this e-mail:

21 September 2007

Smarten up...

We are inviting you to take down the Libel you are posting and we'll
consider ignoring the behavior...

We'll be posting on political issues when ever and where ever they
appear as is our right as a registered political party.

If you figure you're just begin clever or that you are serving your
political party, consider that you aren't blogging to one of your
buddies, but you are attacking a registered political party. There
are legal ramifications to your libel.

Standard Legal: You have 30 days to remove the Libel against the SDAP
from all of your sites and pay us $250,000 for damage to our
reputation or legal action may be taken against you. It is our
opinion that your behavior has damaged our reputation and we believe
this is worth the amount above. Each day that passes we will consider
to be an aggravation of the damages you are creating with your libel.

Saskatchewan Democratic Action Party.

This correspondence is private communication between the Saskatchewan
Democratic Action Party and its recipient.

The message was sent from "Saskatchewan Democratic Action Party: sdap@accesscomm.ca" with the orignating IP of 65.87.230.25

I guess I'll be seeing all you guys in the big house. :) I wonder if they'll let us have laptops. :)

Cheers,
Lance (Security officer of the Looney Tunes political party, or was I supposed to be the legal department this time?)

paraphrase: money or [insert bad thing here]

I believe that is generally called extortion and you have a very real complaint there GPM.

Certainly something to send to Elections Sask. It should be more than enough to revoke their party status, if you have it in an email.

Probably not enough for a criminal case, but that might be good for a lark.

I hope I get one like that.

Cheers,
lance

That was the first thing I thought of...!

Seems to me that impersonating a barrister is illegal. Would his Legal Department/Security/Looney tunes group advise him of that?

Good legal help is hard to find....

You do realize that truth is an absolute defense against "libel" right? And that everything I have said about you is true and therefore not libel. Sorry if all of my two-syllable words are confusing you.

That is not a "right" of a political party, what are you talking about, you goof?

Show me the LAW that says you are allowed to post comments on my blog.

Doofus.

Do you even know what a blog is you moron? "Blogging to my buddies"? What the hell does that even mean?

And as for attacking a "registered political party", I do it all the time with the Sask Party, the Liberals and the Conservatives? You know, REAL parties, with real members and stuff. So I'm not exactly afraid of you and the other two voices in your head that make up the SDAP. Idiot.

I said, don't make me laugh.

Not any more it isn't. Deal with it.

Oh, and by the way, you suck.

You gotta check out the mischief SDAP has been causing on Wikipedia.

The more rope you give him, the more he hangs himself.

Yep. what a doofus. He made, what, 300 edits to Wikipedia to 'promote' his cause and got banned.

You may be interested to know some of the hostile e-mail I was sent for daring to ask Sdap2007 for citations, to write from a neutral point of view and not to claim ownership of articles (Sdap2007 was claiming people must e-mail info.sdap@accesscomm.ca for permission to edit, for example, Politics of Saskatchewan) during Sdap2007's time on Wikipedia. Here is the first e-mail:

"Are you out of your mind? We are a registered political party in the province and by editing and blocking us you are committing an illegal act.

We have requested that Wiki block and ban both yourself and Evercat owing to your illegal activity under the Saskatchewan Election Act.

Additionally, we hope you like working on roads and prison food."

I and others pointed out we are not trying to block any mention of the SDAP, only users who refuse to contribute in a constructive manner. But that wasn't good enough for Sdap2007. Before I checked my e-mail next there were two further e-mails:

"What kind of action is it going to take to make you realize that we are serious. Smarten up or you'll end up in serious legal trouble.

Mind your own business if your not from Saskatchewan and if you are from Saskatchewan take stock in your last days of free mouth days."

"the only person acting like they own a page is you. You have no right to delete or revert section of this page as is abundantly clear from unwillingness to identify yourself clearly or justify how you have a better take on Saskatchewan Elections or provincial politics over an actual political party in the province of Saskatchewan.

I'd like to say fuck off or we'll shove a missile up your ass, but we just aren't in power yet."

Bizarre. Just plain bizarre.

Yeah, he's obviously off his rocker. Keep up the good work of stopping him from defacing Wikipedia!

SDAP requires that any application be able to find out what services are to figure out what cable goes where, and getting tangled up in the details. It goes beyond the so called back office functions and is institutionalised. through the career development practice.
